Neighbor Spotlight: Teen-Fessional Launches Mailbox Cleaning Service!

Meet Tokyo Cummings — a remarkable young teen with a sharp eye, a determined spirit, and a heart for his community. The son of proud parents Harold and Tangela Cummings, Tokyo was walking through our beautiful neighborhood of Whispering Woods when he noticed something not-so-beautiful: weather-worn, dull, and neglected mailboxes.

Instead of overlooking the problem, Tokyo saw an opportunity.

After researching the best products and testing different methods, Tokyo created his own system to get mailboxes looking brand new — not repaired, just really clean. He started by cleaning his parents’ mailbox, then a few more on the street. With each one, his technique improved, and soon, Delivering Clean was born — a mailbox cleaning service run by one determined “teen-fessional.”

For just $30, Tokyo will come to your home and give your mailbox a deep clean that brings it back to life. No painting. No repairs. Just a whole lot of elbow grease and the right tools to make it sparkle again.

He’s already receiving rave reviews from neighbors, including former NFL player and longtime Whispering Woods resident Stockar McDougle, who had this to say:

“I didn’t realize how bad my mailbox looked until Tokyo worked his magic on it. Now it’s glistening like it’s fresh out the box. It hasn’t looked this good since we moved in!” – Stockar McDougle

Booking is easy — just scan the QR code below to schedule your with Delivering Clean. Let’s show our support for Tokyo as he brings pride and polish back to our community — one mailbox at a time.

Each month, we feature a resident in our community! Do you know someone who deserves to be recognized? Or do you have a story to share?
