Why This Monday’s Board Meeting Matters — And How You Can Be Heard

Big decisions are on the horizon for Whispering Woods. This Monday, May 19, at 6:30 PM, the Board of Directors will hold a crucial meeting where they will interview three law firms and vote to choose new legal representation for our HOA. This isn’t just administrative—it’s a decision that will shape how our community is advised, protected, and empowered moving forward.

Why Does Legal Representation Matter So Much?

The HOA attorney isn’t just the board’s lawyer—they represent the entire association. From reviewing contracts and ensuring legal compliance to helping resolve disputes, the right legal partner is essential to maintaining transparency, fairness, and financial integrity in our community.
